Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of traffic flow at construction sites and roadwork zones. This is a physically demanding position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Direct traffic at construction sites and roadwork zones to ensure the safety of workers and motorists
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, such as cones, signs, and barricades
- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers using hand signals, two-way radios, or other communication devices
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
- Provide assistance to pedestrians and drivers when necessary
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Traffic Controller or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of traffic control regulations and procedures is a plus
